i ran all around lincoln with sophie+brody for their summer engagement session! they had their first date at MoJava – so we obviously had to head back for a walk down memory lane! these two have the sweetest story, and i spent the whole time with them begging them to tell me all the details! they dated in highschool for a bit and parted ways, but made their way back to each other when sophie dm’d brody asking for a coffee date! and less than two years later, we were back at that spot for their photos! you can really tell as a photographer when couples have what it takes to make it, and these two have it. you can tell just by the way they look at each other! we explored alleys and made sure to head to haymarket for some drinks at kinkader and a few rounds of skiball at arcade bar, some of sophie+brodys favorite spots to spend their days together! lastly, we headed over to pioneers park for sunset, but on the way we all realized sophies parents property was nearby and that would be a much more special spot to finish out our session!! we hopped all around town for their day and really had the best time together!! i think one of my favorite parts of my job is meeting such wonderful people – especially ones like these two!! so excited for their big day this fall, it’s gonna be a good one!
